In a world where everyone is using identical copy and paste templates for their writing...
What are you doing to stand out in a sea of people?
For me, that's adding my quirky personality into my voice.
I use words like 'jolly', 'flippers', and 'howdy'.
And instead of quoting noble prize winners, I like to use Disney movies (e.g. referencing Frozen in my subject line ☃️).
Plus, I'll integrate things into my personal brand like:
My love for chicken nuggets
Using the number '13' in all my stats
The girl who wrote a drunk email and became a copywriter
So, where am I going with this?
Don't be afraid to be yourself online.
You'll stand out like an extra crispy golden chicken nugget in a box full of stale McDonald's nuggies.

Alex’s tweet made me realize that writing for 10 clients at the marketing company I work for isn’t sustainable.
Instead, I’m aiming for 1- 2 retainer clients with my freelance email list management service.
My Favourite Resource | Lesson This Week
I used to not believe in luck.
My idea of ‘luck’ was that you were magically given something rather than your hard work.
But that’s not true…
My friend, Martyna explained to me what the surface area of luck means. ⬇️
Have a jolly weekend,
Christine

We’re on the same wavelength!!
“Surface area of luck” is also a cool concept
Haha infusing your personality is one of the best things you can do. It's hard to even know where you wanna go, but you do it well Christine!
Love the quirkiness. It does help you stand out 😬
