Turning 26 and "failing"
Holy flipping flamingos, I'm turning 26-years-old on Monday.

Weekly Resources and Lessons
💪 Fitness: For those new to the gym, you don't need to spend 60+ minutes at the gym every day. Check out this 2021 study that found strength gains with only 20 minutes of resistance training a week.
✍️Writing: If anyone still wants an editing checklist, reply and I'll send you the template I made.
💫 Life: I've only drank a handful of times since the beginning of the year. I think this has been the biggest mental health hack. I'm thinking of quitting alcohol forever.
