Hey friends!
One of my friends, Louie, invited me to join his and Chris’ cohort based course, Newsletter Launchpad.
So far the course has been amazing. I’ve been spending the past few weeks trying to improve my newsletter so this was perfect.
Last week, we wrapped up Week 1. The feedback I received from Louie and Chris was to add modules to my newsletter.
In addition to sharing a story every week, I’ll be including weekly updates on building in public. Plus, I’ll be sharing three resources and lessons in fitness, writing, and life.

Fitness:
A mentor of mine created one of the best workout program design articles ever. I’ve used this exact article to teach over 200 kinesiology students how to create effective workout programs.

I’ve been focusing on removing filler words like ‘but', 'and', 'so’ at the beginning of sentences to be more concise.
Life:
My best friends came to visit and he reminded me of one of my favorite quotes “Make the most of today and every day as tomorrow is not promised. So love and appreciate the people who are in your life.”.
