I don’t know about you, but I LOVE reading other people’s annual reviews. I feel like I’m reading their journal and discovering more about them.
Funny enough, these journal-like annual reviews helped me do market research (with their consent, of course) for my copywriting clients.
I once asked my copy mentor how he knows when he has sufficient market research, and his buyer persona is complete.
His response?
“Buyer persona is complete when you can write a page out of your prospect’s journal, and they will not think that someone else wrote it.”
