How often do you practice gratitude?
Wanna hear something neat about gratitude.
Spending five-minute a day practicing gratitude can increase long-term well-being by 10 to 25%. With effects similar to doubling one's income.
Amazing, right?
Over the past few months, my mindset coach had me practicing daily gratitude journaling where I would write down three things I'm grateful for.

Pro tip: After writing something you're grateful for, ask yourself why you're grateful. Then ask yourself again four more times. You go deep into understanding the underlying meaning of what you're grateful for
Recently, I decided to take on a 15 days of gratitude challenge by Mike Lamb. My goal for this challenge was to tweet every day about one person I'm grateful for. I had no idea what that would create a rippling effect of support.
On Day 4, I tweeted about how I was grateful for my friend, Ely. Little did either of us know that there would be a flood gate of support from the Twitter community. Several people echoed my tweet and commented on how Ely helped them.
And today, I am grateful for you. Thank you for taking time every week to read my emails.
If there is anything I can do to help you, always happy to chat. Respond to this email and let's jump on a call.
