I once got cut off at an all you can eat chicken nugget event.
Sadly, the limit does exist.
Three years ago, my school pub was hosting an All You Can Eat Chicken Nugget Event. Me and three of my friends sitting in a booth and eating the golden crispy nuggets. Oh yes, what a jolly time that was.
But! There's always a but... There was a catch...
You could only order 8 nuggets at a time and you had to eat a side of fries during your first round of nuggets.
Luckily, I have a friend who loves fries so we made a trade. My fries for her nuggets.
And as the event continued, I had my first round of 8 nuggets plus the 8 from my friend.
And another one (As Dj Khaled would say).
Before you know it, I'm on my 5th round and totalling 40 scrumptious nuggets in my stomach in less than an hour.
The waitress kept giving my nuggets to my 6ft tall and 220lbs football player friend 🙄 I might be 5ft nothing but I was a powerlifter with a chicken nugget appetite.
When I went to order my 6th round, I was officially cut off 😅
But thank god for great friends, one of my friends ordered another round and snuck 8 nuggets onto my plate (Shh don't tell anyone. Apparently you're not allowed to share).
That day I learned:
1) Apparently there is a limit to an all you can eat chicken nugget event
2) A girl can eat more than a guy that's 2x her size

For my next mentorship homework with Mike Cardona, I’m gonna be tweeting more about email deliverability and marketing.
I’m blown away with the response so far. I thought my engagement on Twitter would go down but the exact opposite happened.
Here’s one of the tweets
My Favourite Resource This Week
One of my talented writing friends, John wrote a great piece sharing his newsletter system including modules, information capture, the final product, and distribution.
I love how he uses the analogy of a restaurant to help readers understand how to start a newsletter.
